PHONE_EXISTED	Phone number entered has been registered in bank's Database	User is to enter unregistered Phone
EMAIL_PHONE_EXISTED	Provided Email & Phone has been registered in bank's Database	User is to enter unregistered Phone & Email
NIK_EXISTED	User has already registered with bank	User is to contact OCBC branch because their data exists
INVALID_NIK	Data mismatch with Government Database	User to recheck and update the data
DUPLICATE_USER_DATA	User has already been an bank's Customer	User is to contact OCBC branch because their data exists

Bank errors occur when banks fail to process or return responses.
